Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?+
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and / or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
How to return?When will my order ship and receive?+
Once you order, please allow us up to 2 business days to prepare your package. Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and chosen shipping method.
How do I track my order?+
After you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email / text message with your purchase. Once your order has shipped and is on its way to you, we'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer discounts?+
Sometime we do! So keep in loop with our newsletter.
Where do you ship from?+
Most of the items will be delivered directly from selected warehouses while some items will be delivered from fulfillment centers.

What are my shipping options (and prices)?

For all US orders:
Standard Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 USD or more (5-9 business days).
For orders less than $50 USD, the Standard Shipping fee is $6.99 USD (5-9 business days).*
We currently CANNOT ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii).

OUTSIDE the United States (International Orders):
We offer International Shipping to select countries.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 USD or more (order values must convert to $50 USD or more to qualify).
For orders less than $50 USD, flat-rate shipping fees apply for specific countries (e.g., $10.00 CAD for Canada, £6.00 GBP for the UK, €6.95 EUR for Germany/Spain/France/Italy, etc.). For other international addresses, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the converted USD value.
The shipping time varies from region to region. Please see the exact shipping cost and delivery time on our SHIPPING page or the actual payment page.
Why shown in transit, but there is no tracking number?
It may be due to the delay in uploading the logistics and distribution information. The tracking number usually takes 2 days to show.
The address provided is wrong, can I resend it?
If you need to modify the address and resend, you need to modify the address and resend the package after the final delivery fails and is returned to the overseas warehouse. The time limit generally ranges from one week to three months, and your order can only be delivered again after returning to the warehouse.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items on a single order to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. Typically, you’ll receive the refund within 10–20 days after your return is received.

What size am I? How do I measure my bra size?
Fit and sizing can be tricky when shopping online. We totally feel you! We’ve tried our best to create a helpful size chart, which you can find on each product page. Also, you can visit our HOW TO MEASURE BRA SIZE page.
